Dr Gregory Then is a Brilliant, Kind, Professional surgeon he is so caring and makes your whole experience of undergoing surgery effortless. I can only speak for my own experience, but I had no pain and very pleased with the results. I would highly recommend Dr Then and his treatment team.

Dr Chui is a very competent surgeon with a genuine enthusiasm for his work and the well-being of his patients and their families. He has a cheerful and caring manner and prior to and after my surgery he took time to answer our questions. We did not feel rushed or bull-dozed into decisions and felt supported and confident that he would do his best for me. He saved my life and I will be grateful always. His staff too have been helpful and welcoming.

You really need to get a new receptionist. The one you have right now is useless. Extremely rude and unhelpful. Did not provide me with any information on how the process works or what it costs and how much Medicare cover. Did not tell me anything about the doctor. And when I asked her to give me more info she told me she wasnt a mind reader. I mean hello this is your job you dumb, stupid, ignorant fool!

Gregory Then made surgery on my husband twice, once after a cerebrovascular accident. He is a brilliant surgeon, very professional and he has a lot of empathy for his patient and family. It is so important at critical moments to have a surgeon who explains very clearly what is the problem, what he is going to do and the risks involved. Dr Then created my fistula for dialysis. He took great care before the surgery to inform me about his choice of site position, answered all my questions and made me feel calm about the operation. The surgery and recovery went very well and the surgery nurse responded to any queries I had afterwards. Now I have a much admired masterpiece in my arm, all the dialysis nurses tell me what a good fistula it is! Thank you Dr Then for your careful & caring work.

Has been a difficult journey with veins, pain but have been guided through this with great information and also genuine help and expertise from not only Dr then but his support staff as well. Keeps up to date with latest best practice too. Highly recommend
